Each experience came with different challenges that I was later able to see the value and healing in each situation. I was unaware that I was playing these roles from my physical perspective alone. I now explain this as being asleep to a bigger picture of life. I totally ignored any support or guidance from the greater part of me. In truth I had no idea that I did not know what I did not know. This is the same for all of us until something happens in our life that starts us asking bigger and more powerful questions.

When you have no idea that you are having both a physical and spiritual journey at the same time, you have no idea how to access the insights or guidance required to support your growth. Hopefully by me sharing my journey honestly it may help with your understanding of this components of your life. By the way I love questions so please feel free to post.

It appears as we come into physicality we agree to forget any prior life or insights that we have acquired over many life times. This life, we set an intent we wish to experience XYZ and heal ABC so that ultimately we can remember who we are along with the gifts we have brought to share with the world.

As mentioned last time we are the director / producer of the script which ends up the movie of our life. We then take on the role of cast recruiter and call for cast volunteers. Then we agree to forget we did all this, weird!

This disconnection became apparent when I visited my amazing kinesiologist.  I knew something was really out of alignment, really weird things were happening and I was very emotional. On muscle testing she told me the spirit (Right side of my body) was trying to convey a message for my greater good and the mind (Left side) was in shock and could not hear. Maybe it would mean change was required.

As we helped one side, the other side became depressed, luckily we got this worked out in one session. Both parts of the whole were able to hear and acknowledge each others’ level of understanding. Beautiful, I really needed help to rectify the situation I was unable to do this on my own, Remember it is OK to ask for help every now and again.

Obviously something had shocked me and the disconnection had occurred.  Together my spirit/physical body was experiencing both good and bad times but instead of us seeing the experiences as MIS-TAKES to learn, reassess and refocus.  The mind (Which is a bit more complex than we perhaps believe) steps in and makes a judgment / decision about the situation. This brings with it an emotional attachment to the experience.

The mind goes in search on your hard drive of your lives for similar situations that have brought up similar feelings either consciously or unconsciously. The mind then decides the reasons why something should and should not have occurred after reviewing the history from all life times. This is felt as an emotional response that is either guiding us forward or holding us back. It is up to us to choose what we decide to do at this point.

Deal with the emotion and grow or stuff it down and stay the same. Your choice! Now we are getting some understanding about our genetic line maybe playing a part in our decisions unconsciously. No one ever mentioned or taught us the value of dealing with how we feel in the moment. This would allow us to get both the learning and insights from every situation allowing us to heal all life times. Wow what a gift. This is happening daily and we are unaware, amazing!

It is this disconnection from remembering and understanding how our spirit is trying to support our healing and lift the veil that has been stopping us from remembering our own magnificence.

I understand this game called life is the weirdest game we have ever agreed to play. We are given a physical body, whether we like it or not it is absolutely perfect for us to learn a lesson that may hold a key for us to heal and reach our ultimate potential. One lesson I personally needed to learn / heal was acceptance and love of self. This has helped me to remember and connect back to all that is thereby remembering “ I am the creator and script writer of my life”.  By taking responsibility I am able to start Reclaiming my God given Power.  Check out the gift Reclaim Your Power Flipchart. SUPPORT STEPS: When you are feeling over whelmed remember to breathe deeply into you abdomen. Slow the breath down and allow the feeling to flow through you choosing to feel the relief. What you resist persists because the emotion gets caught in the body so in the allowing it can flow on. Please remember you are cared and loved from above at all times. Here my goal is to share my personal journey that has really been about understanding my physical journey from a spiritual perspective.

I had to learn to VALUE and LOVE myself.

How do start to understand this journey?

I needed to learn how I was giving away my power and how this was impacting ALL areas of my life.

The more I understood the journey of my life the more I understood why I had low self esteem and really did not value my own gifts.

I was very fortunate to attract and amazing coach who guided me to understand my archetypal wheel. It explains how we come into this life with 12 predominate energies that are available to assist our journey to heal and ultimately to reach our potential.

EVERYONE has a saboteur energy, victim energy and prostitute energy (I did not like the idea of owning this energy yet when I looked at how I did not value myself it did not take me long to understand its presence in my journey) and child energy, these can all be holding us back from reaching our potential. Something to remember is that they also have the desire to support us to reach our higher potential. We also have another 8 energies that vary from person to person. A specialist coach can support you to find out what energies and active in what house throughout your life. The archetypal wheel covers all 12 areas of your life (!2 months, 12 zodiac symbols etc)  Ego/personality, Values, self expression, home, creativity, occupation/ health, marriage/relationship, resources, spirituality, higher purpose, relationship to the world, the unconscious. This awareness has helped me to understand both the ups and downs of my story,

When I truly understood that life was about remembering my connection with the ALL (people trees universe as a whole) and how everything had an impact on my energy levels.

Realising that I had come to planet earth to heal my past challenges and to share my gifts enabled me to get excited about all experiences that had been appearing in my life. Some very challenging as I will explain over the weeks to come.

The depth of understanding I have acquired will be able to support you to understand what maybe showing in your own individual lives.

In this section we are going to explore What is Wealth Success?

Is it a large bank account or a massive asset acquisition?

Could it be a balance between all categories of you lives?

Can your bank account be empty and yet you still have acquired the vibration of wealth success?

For Gary and I we were very blessed to create financial wealth through business and real estate but were also to experience losing the majority of our assets following the financial global crisis. What we acquired by travelling through this experience has far greater wealth value than any money could supply.

Here we will share both the ups and downs and more importantly the insights we acquired along the way.

Hopefully we will challenge your context about what is truly important. Do we choose to look at wealth success from a purely material perspective or are we ready to go deeper. Do we understand we are connected to everyone and everything in the world?  What happens to us affects the all!  What we are seeing and feeling is a reflection of what we are seeing in the world.

By changing how we feel about the world we have the ability to change how the world presents itself to us.

This is an exciting area to heal and understand.

“What if” as a lot of us do have a core program that says we ‘LACK” something in our lives. What would happen if we healed that lack? Would it be easier to understand we are truly abundant amazing human beings?

I am proud to say I have been married to an amazing man for 29 years. He would say you get less time for murder and he could trade the boys in for a Ferrari. The sense of humor definitely helps with challenging times.

We have 3 sons who have grown into happy well balanced men. I feel we must have done something right in this area of relationship.

Yes! We have also made many mis – takes along the way. I am open to sharing them because this is how we all learn and benefit.

On these pages I desire to share my insights acquired over these years. My intent is to increase your understanding about the value all people that appear in your life  bring to your overall journey called life .

Here we are required to start with the perspective of taking total RESPONSIBILTY for inviting every person into the movie of your life. Yes I am saying we each designed and wrote the script that bought them into your life.

They ALL bring gifts that will support you to heal or find your unique gifts. Sometimes it is hard to understand your life from this depth but if you are open, together we will explore their unique value.

I will give to a little hint your EMOTIONS hold a key to understanding and healing from the inside so the outside can transform.

If you have just watched the video attached and felt something resonated within you to the message, there is a good chance you have come to earth at this time to support others to remember their own potential and gifts as you remember yours.
I know I did, I am now ready to answer the call by sharing my story of personal growth along with the lessons acquired.

The truth is we are all amazing human beings with the unlimited potential to achieve or create anything we desire. How do we tap into our potential?

I believe the most important place for humanity to start is to learn to “LOVE OURSELVES”.

I also understand the challenge this holds for a large number of us. I spent years challenged in this area of my life. Yet this is so essential especially now because we cannot give what we do not own. LOVE!

This is what is required to heal the planet from my opinion. If we always asked “What would love say? or What would love desire?” We would have no wars or abuse of another being on this planet.
It is time to step up to the plate and ask for support for you to either remember or heal whatever is stopping you shining.

The universe/god never denies us anything. I need to put a warning at this point, I have learned the lessons do not always come in a way we expected, so get ready for the ride. The insights and lessons that you acquire will take your life to the next level. I choose for this to happen with EASE!
I would love to share my understanding of this amazing journey we call ” Life “ over the coming weeks and months ahead.
My story is coming from the understanding that I am first a spiritual being having an amazing journey through my physical body.
As a spirit I could not experience or understand emotions without choosing to step back into this physical body. I had a vision for how the world could transform and reach it ultimate potential. I also had the understanding that I would be required to do some healing work to support this vision becoming a reality.

When we are in a spiritual form we have the connection to all that is and can understand everything that we need to learn. We understand we need to heal ourselves to reach the next level of evolution of the universe. We know that the physical reality on the earth plane that we get to experience is a mirror of that which is within us. Don’t close on me yet this may be a bit of a challenge because we also agreed with the need to forget these memories. It was required so we can have experiences that will help us heal the challenged parts of ourselves.
The exciting news is everyone who visits your life especially those major players signed up to support you to grow. Yes even the ones that have been the most challenging. When you understand this you are able to honor and value their presence and gift. Back in the spiritual realm you probably promised them that you would remember their sacrifice they pledged. Time to remember and this is fantastic in supporting you to drop all judgement. For me this has been an amazing gift.
The cosmic joke (God really is a trickster) is that “Emotions” are the key that can unlock the healing and thereby increase our vibration and ability to create our desire outcome. This can only happen while we are in the physical form. Then the next problem occurs, when we are in physical form many of us stuff down our emotions then lay pieces of concrete on top of the pain, anger, fear etc thereby cheating ourselves out of the healing they offer.

Really we have been set up to only awaken as we heal yet our mind takes control early in life by having us fall victim to fear. (New topic) By choosing to feel the emotions you allow them to be released. Which ultimately increases our vibration this in turn enables us to access much greater support from our spiritual support teams.
Do you think it could be good to start informing your mind that you wish to be the boss and create consciously? Yes! Well lets’ get started.
SUPPORT STEPS: Start by finding a quiet place and choose to focus or recall a moment when you were completely happy, just hold this thought for 15 -20 seconds. For some this may be difficult in the beginning. if you recognize the chatter starting, see the thoughts just running across a TV screen and see it go black as the thoughts just dissolve away. Repeat the process numerous times a day. Congratulate yourself! You are starting to consciously create your life by taking control of your mind..
